Top Four Things Churches Should Do, But Often Don’t Do

Here’s my quick thoughts about the top four things churches should do, but often don’t do:

seek to produce missionaries from their congregation
take responsibility to equip them for ministry & guide decisions about choosing a missions agency, field, and ministry
shepherd and hold them accountable
lavishly love & support them in such a way that they can serve free of unavoidable stress
