Hello, Happy New Year and welcome to Missions on Point podcast.

I’m your host, David Meade.

This is episode 284 and it is a very special one today.

We’re going to title this episode “The Final Chapter.”

We’ve created and broadcast the Mission on Point podcast continuously with releases every Friday morning for five and a half years, since July 31, 2020.

The podcast has been 15 minutes weekly, featuring biblical local church centered global missions. It will change after this episode.

The archive of Missions on Point will be available. But we won’t be producing new episodes every week. Some podcast may feature longer length perspectives on the state of church-centered missions and its practical implementation at the local church and missions agency level.

We’ve said from the very beginning that Missions on Point is the ”propempo” perspective on church and missions.

The New Testament term ”propempo” captures the biblical, local-church-centered philosophy of missions. The English equivalent of the word Propempo is Send Forward. That's the name of my organization moving forward.

Missions on Point communicates paradigm-changing aim, vision, and practical implementation strategies for sending workers to the challenging, Gospel-neediest people on earth for long-term service for God‘s glory.
