Laying a firm foundation for future multiplication involves doing several things early.

Casting clear vision from the beginning that a multiplication movement is a non-negotiable end goal.

Recruiting only like-minded team members and partners for the ministry, while seeking out as many partners as appropriately possible.

Conducting the ministry always with an eye toward multiplication.

Seeking out resources that will enhance the team’s multiplication efforts. This could include western local church assistance, foundation grants, etc.

Re-evaluating if the ministry drifts from the goal. If the team takes on peripheral activities that detract from the multiplication vision, leaders will quickly make mid-course corrections to bring the team back into focus.
